Antenatal preparation
A 1:1 discussion in the comfort of your home on how to best prepare to feed your baby. This usually lasts 90 minutes (price shown is per hour) and includes care of your baby in the early days

Postnatal support
A home visit to support you in your feeding journey. The first visit usually lasts 1.5-2 hours (price shown is per hour). This includes unlimited follow-up via WhatsApp

Video Consultation
Antenatal Preparation and Postnatal Support are also available over video call when a home visit is not convenient for you (price shown is per hour)

tongue-tie and referrals
If you suspect your baby has a tongue-tie that is contributing to feeding difficulties, an oral and feeding assessment should be carried out by an experienced infant feeding specialist. If a tongue-tie division is required, I can offer you a referral to the NHS or private clinics. This service is FREE and included in your consultation price

I am a Lactation Consultant, Registered Midwife and Tongue-tie Practitioner providing private infant feeding support in Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas. I have been supporting families during pregnancy, childbirth and lactation for over 15 years. I worked in a busy NHS trust in London for almost 10 years, and I am now based in Bristol, where I continue to work for the NHS as an Infant Feeding Specialist Midwife and Community Midwife. I recently became a mother and experienced first-hand the joys and the challenges of breastfeeding. Embarking on your feeding journey can be difficult at times.​ My goal is to support you and assist you on this journey. I offer a holistic assessment in the comfort of your home and make a feeding plan tailored to your needs. Each consultation includes a written report detailing your concerns, my assessment and a feeding plan. I am fully insured and a member of the Lactation Consultants of Great Britain and Association of Tongue-tie Practitioners.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

I can support you with establishing breastfeeding, slow or poor weight gain, low milk supply, over supply and forceful milk let-down, difficult or painful latch, breastfeeding positions, breastfeeding twins, hand expressing and colostrum harvesting, pumping and flange fitting, safe milk storage, understanding normal feeding behaviours, reflux and GORD, preventing and managing blocked ducts/engorgement/mastitis, nipple vasospams, paced bottle feeding, planning return to work, feeding a baby with a tongue-tie. As a tongue-tie practitioner, I am fully trained to diagnose tongue restrictions and can help you achieve a comfortable latch. More than 50% of babies who have a tongue-tie do not need a division if they receive skilled feeding support.
